Step 1: check for extension errors

  1. Open a new tab, go to chrome://extensions

  2. Find "Network Cleaner"

  3. Enable Developer mode (100% safe)

  4. Do you see an (Errors) button?

    1. yes. Click on it. This screen opens: Please send us the errors message a, b, and c, in full at [email protected]. We will get back to you shortly.

    b. The problem is elsewhere, continue:

Step 2: send us the console logs

  1. open the extension app

  2. Right click anywhere in the page and click Inspect

  3. Select the Console tab - you should see warning, errors and info logs. Please send them to us at [email protected]. We will get back to you shortly.
