Removal is a paid feature. Browsing, searching, and filtering your connections is free. To remove connections, unlock unlimited removals from the Queue panel.

Click the Unlock Unlimited Removals Forever button to access the payment page.

Common causes

1. Is Chrome still open? Removals only run while Chrome is running. That's by design: LinkedIn sees activity during your normal computer hours, not a bot at 3am.
2. Is the queue paused? Open the extension and check if the queue shows "Paused". Hit "Start" to resume.

Paid but removals won't start?

If you purchased unlimited removals but the queue still shows the paywall, you need to recover your purchase. Open the Queue (top right button), look for the small gray text beneath the "Unlock Unlimited Removals Forever" button: "Just purchased? Already purchased? Recover access". Click it and enter the email you used for payment. Here's a detailed walkthrough:

Removals seem too slow?

Network Cleaner removes connections with human-like delays (roughly one per minute) so LinkedIn doesn't flag your account for automation. The estimated time assumes your computer is always on, Chrome is always open, and you're not browsing LinkedIn. In practice, it takes longer.

If the queue shows progress (even slow), everything is working. Let it run during your normal computer hours and it will get through the list.
